Welcome to Lisa Jane Therapy!
Thank you for being here. I work with adults and young people age 16+ offering a Relational Integrative approach to counselling and psychotherapy. I am here to support your journey toward a more balanced and fulfilling life.

Life isn’t always easy, and it’s okay to need some extra support. Are you feeling overwhelmed, lost, or anxious? Perhaps there are things from the past you’re finally ready to process?

How I work with clients at Lisa Jane Therapy
I believe in the power of Humanistic Integrative therapy to help you grow and heal emotionally.

A relational‑integrative approach means that our work together is shaped by you, your experiences, your pace, and the relationship we build in the room. Rather than using one fixed method, I draw from several therapeutic models so that our sessions can meet you as a whole person, not a set of symptoms.
At the heart of this approach is the belief that healing happens through safe, genuine connection. The therapeutic relationship becomes a space where you can explore your feelings, patterns, and struggles with honesty and without judgement. Together, we pay attention to what happens between us, moments of ease, moments of discomfort, and everything in between, because these often mirror the relationships and experiences that matter most in your life.

By integrating different ways of working (such as Person‑centred, Gestalt, Psychodynamic and Attachment‑based ideas), I can tailor therapy to what you need at any given moment. Sometimes that means gently exploring past experiences; sometimes it means focusing on what’s happening for you right now; sometimes it means supporting you to connect with parts of yourself that feel unheard or overwhelmed.
Overall, a relational‑integrative approach offers a flexible, compassionate, and collaborative space where you can deepen self‑understanding, develop new ways of relating to yourself and others, and move toward the changes that feel meaningful for you.

Our first session is also an opportunity for us to see if we’re the right fit for working together. Therapy works best when there’s a good connection, and I want to ensure that you feel comfortable and supported. If I believe another approach or therapist would better suit your needs, I will be open and honest about that—it’s all about finding what’s best for you.
